3 strikes I'm out
Yesterday was an awful TV day.
Strike 1: Sacramento lost. WTF?!!! Duc and I had planned on watching the game together. We even had a little plan going. "ok, i'll pick you up when i finish up at the gym, and we'll head out to BJ's to catch dinner and watch the game". It sounded all good. What we failed to realize was the Sharks were also playing that day. So the bars were jammed packed. And the Sac game was only playing on the small screens. We walked over to Cheesecake factory, same thing. Drove down to Britainnia Arms, same thing. So we decided to just order food, buy a couple bottles of alcohol, and watch it at home. By the time we got home, there was only 1 minute left in the 3rd quarter. But Sac was up by 1 point! Wooohooo. Clifford and Donna came home, and watched the game with us. We were holding our breath when there was 2.2 seconds left, and all Sac needed was a 3-pointer to take it into OT. Ok, so why the fuk did they give the ball to Webber?!!!! No need to finish up the story, cuz Sacramento is now out of the playoffs. :(
Strike 2: At the end of the Sac game, we changed the channel to watch the Sharks game. I mean, c'mon, how can TWO of our teams lose in one day? Could we REALLY have such bad luck. The score was 0-2, with Sharks losing. But then they were able to bring it back to 1-2. In the end, they still lost. My heart was feeling soooooooooo heavy.
At least I got to see Duc's new tat. It's so bad ass. It's of a Japanese Samurai. One that never lost a fight. I forgot his name, something like Ishi-something Muyi-something. He got his whole calf done in a sleeve. Right now, it's just the outline. Eventually it will get shaded in and colored.
Strike 3: Duc leaves, and we start watching American Idol. My favorite girl got disqualified. But okay, I do have to admit she's not as good as the other two. But she's soooooooooooooo cute. Now I really hope Fantasia wins. Her voice brings tears to my eyes.
As I was watching American Idol, I decided I need a new look for summer. I'm thinking short, so I can look taller. I called Veann, asking what she thought. "Well, long hair is sexy, but short is cute. It's probably better to be sexy, but maybe cute is in."
So I can't decide. Go for long, and cut my bangs like this.
But every fob girl has that haircut, so I'm not trying to look fobby.
Or should I go for extreme, and do THIS:
Which will make my neck look longer, and look so cute in the tube tops for the summer. Clifford said he can't see me with my hair like that.
Someone help me decide! I need a new look. :(
