Been a fair amount of time since I've tossed up an entry on here, hasn't it?  Now seems a fine time to change that.

Met quite the character while out for a walk, recently--not that I haven't met him before.  I doubt he's learned his lesson, but I also doubt he'll be making too much trouble for awhile.
