well just got back from Boston.....had a pretty good time.
I flew out on US air, which I hate, but had no issues this time. My first kinda mess up is I took a taxi to my B&B which was about 25 bucks!!! I asked him the reader was only like 17, but he said I had to pay his tolls, so I gave him excally $25, he gave me this nasty look, I told him me paying his tolls was his tip. What a dick. But got the B&B and they lewt me store my bag there since i got there like 9am. So I find out the "T" is like ablock away. So I take the train in and get off around Park, and did some sightseeing. Went through all the little graveyards with all the famous people, and the state house church was opened so I got the grand tour. Also went around and walked around Quincy Market and looking at all the stands and stuff. Since it was saturday, they all these street performers. Had a nice relaxing time. I got back to my room, and checked in. Nice little room and with AC!! Relaxed for a bit, took a nice shower and headed off to the Red Sox game.
Got there as they finished batting practice took some cool pics, and headed to my seat. I got my seat on ebay, I find out that the seat was near a pole, so I couldn't see the pitcher, so it was hard to see the ball coming of the bat, but still tried to have fun. I headed out after the game to the dugout, which is a little hole in wall bar by the statium, was having a few drinks watching the Olympicsfor a hour or so. Then a small group of girls in a bachorrette party come over and we start doing shots, I had very fun time. I didn't get back to my room til like 1am, had to walk real quiet becase the place was old and I didn't want to wake everyone.
I had a nice sleep in, I got up like 9am ( I NEVER sleep that late), went down had a nice breakfast, and went back and got ready to check out, they let me keep my bags there since my plane didn't leave till 730pm. I was going to do some more sightseeing. So I got of on kenmore to see if they had any sox stuff. I had forgotten that there was a game at 1:30 that day. I found a place that was seeing tickets, and sat in the right grandstand, it ended up being a beautiful day, and enjoyed the game, but the sox did get spanked 15-4, had to leave at the 7th inning, ran back to the room, and took the train back to the airport, with still 40 minutes left to spare. Only proble was both my flights were delayed like an hour, so just sat at the bat and had fun talking to people, didn't get home till like 1am (again), and just passed right out.
