** Is this guy mental or just a fucking idiot???
Walter Bond was arrested & charged with A.L.F. "lone wolf" arsons. While I totally support his actions. One has to be a moron to brag about the shit, especially to somebody they assumingly don't even know or know too well. And not just once, but twice. The second time was a meeting between him & a "confidential" informant at a fucking hotel room. Why weren't red flags thrown here when asked to meet in a hotel room (a place easy to bug/wire) & re-tell your stories???

If the name Walter Bond sounds sorta familiar to AR folks, perhaps it's because Earth Crisis wrote a song about him on their 2009 album. Bond previously went to prison for blowing up a meth lab. I think meth killed his brother or something.
Perhaps this guy is just a glory seeker starving for attention. Because I'm pretty sure that he was on a certain message board bragging about the Earth Crisis song & being in the video for it or something. And nobody believed him, so he disappeared.
Are activists egos so big that they almost always have to take credit for doing something. Especially something that can land them in prison for awhile? Is cult celebrity status really worth it??? Too little in the wallets of most of us to bail out/financially support ego-maniacs like this.
Hey, but don't worry! Once ya get out.. You can get shitloads of gigs as a speaker at conferences & other public speaking engagments. And that celebrity status will land you computer/info spreading jobs that will pay, & you'll have every happy-head little scenester looking up to you as a hero!

So after browsing around different websites to see what others had to say about this topic. I discovered a post on the xCatalystx Records message board posted on July 15th (before this arrest shit took place). If this is true, Walter Bond stole $400 from kids in SLC who left him stay with them.
