Oh dear. I'm actually physically worried for Blaine. Your characterization is spot-on: this is exactly the type of nerd Blaine would be. The need to predict the slushy/to have control is just beautiful. I just really hope Kurt is nice to him soon because I'm worried about the way no one notices how very not-okay Blaine is. Maybe Kurt can understand in a way glee can't. This is the best I have read in this vein, and I'm so grateful to you for it.

I took a leap of faith (lol so dramatic) with reading this fic because this trope has definitely gotten old for me, but you've done a really nice job making it stand out <3 You continue to be wonderful and I can't wait to see how this plays out!

Yeah, I was afraid of that--of people being sick of this trope--but unfortunately, I stumbled over a few hurdles on the way to getting this thing actually ready to go, so it didn't get started when everyone was excited about the idea.
