I asked my eldest son for a list of 10 Christmas presents, from which I could choose some or all to give him this year. This is what I received:
1. Do not cancel my allowance while I am working.
2. Two textbooks for each semester next year.
3. Geelong Football Club membership
4. An account at Coles (local supermarket) Exchangeable for cash if I ask
5. No longer having to stack the dishwasher
6. No replacement choice for present no 5.
7. Chocolate
8. Ban Precious (his younger sister, not her real name) from using the web-cam.
9. Remove the speaker from the family computer.
10. Permission to break something of my choice that belongs to Bruiser (his younger brother, not his
real name)
I wonder sometimes where I went wrong or perhaps I have done something right?
