what doesn't kill u always makes u stronger. i hate that phrase; so cornball.
if u get shot, u don't necessarily die. u just might never walk again. and that could seriously cripple someone, and perhaps not make them stronger, but in fact, screw them over for life.
and what do they mean by "kill?" emotionally dead?
how do u know you're "dead"? unless someone comes along and pokes u and says "hey ur dead inside," when do u really know?
do u keel over like u've been shot?
or do you slowly waste away?
or do u not realize it until someday you're married with 4 kids, a minivan, and a husband u hate, and u think to yourself "god, i wish i'd made different choices"
i wonder how many women wake up every morning and think that to themselves
probably millions
this is america
land of opportunity, infidelity, and divorce court
in the end, i think we know what's best for ourselves... deep down
