Criminal Minds Season 6 premiere ramblings (benefit of cleaning comp files)
Hahahaha, so I was tidying my computer after updating all my fic links from livejournal to dreamwidth or mostly AOO3 links just to be safe and in the process checking to see what fics I had in the purgatory of WIP and what were actually complete files.
And I came across a doc of rambling about the season premiere... of season 6 of Criminal Minds (ie the one with Tim Curry being creepy)
So while I realize we are totally a season and a half ahead of this, posting it because it's hilariously out of date but still makes me laugh.

I do not buy the plot line that he was unaware. Background checks, anyone?
Aha, we lost morgan… literally.
Way to not follow the profile, I mean, seriously. Good job, Eric Close.
Weird Americana over saturation… supposed to be Young time curry, clearly. Ewwww, those teeth are unfortunate.
It’s like one of those locked room stories, Prentiss and Hotch (shippers forever!)… fortunately they are geniuses, and will find Morgan soon. And Kristen the bruised sister.
Dude, why am I so creeped out by the daughter? Ellie comes across as a little too willing in the “omg don’t let him kill me HI HERE’S A GUN” scene.
Oh good, they found him.
Poor broken morgan! She’s going to show fear… if she was actually a normal kid. Most likely she continues to be the weird creepy stepford child that she is.
Maybe she’s just a bad actress. Hard to say.
Ahahahaha, the wtf look on ellie’s face was exactly the same look that I had on my face. It was awesome.
Ok, while I know I’m supposed think he’s going to knife her, I am almost 100 percent sure he’s going to cut her hair instead. It’s only 17 minutes in, after all.
It seems weird that Prentiss just magically appears at the police station. Isn’t there traffic everywhere?
Okay, retro tree angsty scenes is weird.
OMG Ellie is awesome! I was super concerned she had gone all Children of the Corn, although seriously, she’s still freaking me out.
Aha, California has its moments. Best line ever.
Ellie the super creepy kid was always the target. Color me unsurprised.
JJ kicks ass! Oh, but now she has existential angst about her job. How is this different to her newscasting having an influence on the unsub’s behavior. I don’t get the distinction.
“I’m not a hostage negotiator.” “You are today.” Cheesy, but awesome.
Tangent: that explains why they moved CSI: NY to Fridays… to parallel Blue Bloods, where Tom Selleck and his family of cops who I thought were supposed to be mildly dodgy but apparently we’ve been promised they’re heroes, no really.
