......Okay, I saw some kid with what looked like antenna growing out of his head. Maybe they won't mind me being a mutant?Still haven't seen anyone I know or recognize from... anywhere really. I'm starting to think this place might just be a dream. I mean ( Read more... )

She's so talented and sweet, and even knows about the shades of black! ♥♥♥ So where do you come from, cutie?

The United States. I've been living in New York...
...'Shades of black'?

and, uhm, my name's Warren.

Hmmmm... *thinks* I've never heard of that place, but maybe Heika or Konrad have. Ah well! ♥♥♥ Yes!! You see, black isn't just black, there are all sorts of shades and variations. Most people don't understand that, but I used to have ten black dresses and none of them were the same shade. They were gray-black, coal, midnight, sable, true black, satin-black, plain black, faded black, velvet-black, and blue-black. See! *smiles*

I'm Cecelie von Spitzberg, but I'd rather be called Cheri!

Maybe..? Well, the 'world' I come from's called Earth, so if you know anyone from there...
And I guess that would make sense; after all there are varying shades and tints of white....

It's very nice to meet you miss Cheri.

Uhm, may I ask you a question which may seem a little odd?

Ah! I'm sure that's where Yuuri-heika is from! And evidently some other people, though it doesn't seem to be the same time or place for some reason.

Hm? Yes?

Well, if he's(?) from anytime after the year 1900, he should definitley know where New York is. I'm not sure how early it was around, but at least by 1900....

Uhm... D'you find it... odd, or unnatural, or...or anything for me to have wings? Or... d'you think anyone else here would?

((Geh, trying to write like a teenaged boy is HARD. >3<))

Hm... He's into playing that one game, with the wood stick and the ball? He and Konrad are always playing for some reason! Other than that, I don't really know...

Wings? *blinks* But they're so pretty with all the feathers! All the Kohi and dragons have those webby-wings, so it's neat to see feathered wings for a change! Wait, they really are yours, right? Not just a temporary mutation? This world does that now and then it seems... A few days ago some of the men turned into women and everyone was wearing cute costumes for the day!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥

Baseball?

W-well, thank you. And yes, they're mine. I mean -- they are a mutation, but they're fully functional and I've had them as long as I can remember. triedtogetridofthemdidn'twork

Men got turned into women? I think I'm glad I wasn't here for that....

Yes, that! I think they were working to make it a national sport for Shin Makoku.

Well, Baseball's one of the US's national sports, and it's been tagged as the National Passtime, so it shoudln't be too hard...

Hmmm... Well, they're having to start from nothing, since there's nothing like it in Shin Makoku. But Heika is so cute when he's determined and excited! ♥♥♥

*grins* Well... I wouldn't think it would be too hard, especially with the novelty value of something like that. I mean, if no one's heard of anything remotely like it...
