yeah last night i kinda went crazy

and downloaded 18 new CDs.

i had just downloaded tomato torrent like a week before my computer died and i was so excited about downloading tons of stuff

but then... the computer death
i was sad.

hopefully i'm shipping my computer home so magical techie people can network it to another computer or monitor or something and get all my files off it, but then i'll get a new one.

no, basically everything possible went wrong... because my job starts june 11th we only would have had a month between school ending and me going home, and dave would've had to register the bike with the mexican government and i would have to get a passport

so then we thought it'd be simpler to just go down through the south, and end up at the gulf of texas, but he realized he probably wouldnt even have the bike finished and titled in time to go

so THEN we were going to go in late july/early august after my job ended, cause he thought he'd be going back to europe for the last two weeks of the summer, but his parents changed their mind or something and he's going back late july/mid august. and after that there's only a week until school starts.

I think I knew about the first two paragraphs but I didn't know about the last one.
Well maybe you could go durring winter break or something....just don't turn into an icicle. It would be nice once you got down south though.
Any way the gulf of Mexico is kinda gross but it is warm, that's always nice. salty and brown but warm.
So are you just staying in OP while you do the arts counsel stuff or are you staying until school starts?
Does Dave live in Europe?

yeah we were talking about going over winter break.. but... cold! plus i would want to go home and see my family and everyone.

i'm not sure how long i'm staying in op. the arts council thing is supposedly ending july 19th but i'll probably stay until the beginning of august to see it unveiled and everything. i have to figure out when we're moving into the apartment we're trying to get. life is hard.

dave's family lives in europe. he was born there and they moved here when he was about three, then moved back after he finished high school. so he went to school there for a year there and hated it and moved back here on his own, basically.
