Hmmm...I don't know about the poem, I think I've read Neruda... But I LOVE the painting. It is my favorite! And I have a poster of it on my wall. Alexander Klimt's "The Kiss." More even than this, I have an english book at home that has a poem on the painting- and not the Pablo Neruda one...it's a bit more melancholy and bittersweet.
