Mini! HTML Tutorial!
All right! So: I keep getting asked questions on how to do some HTML stuff over at your_scribbles , and I'm happy to help. Thought I'd post this over at my journal, only because it's not really related to writing, though it does help with the comments, if you want to make them look pretty!
We'll start simple:
How do I bold text in a comment?
Text with the bold tag OR Text with the strong tag
Text with the bold tag will turn out like this.
Text with the strong tag will turn out like this.
And italics, then?
Text with the italics tag OR Text with the embellishment tag
Text with the italics tag will turn out like this.
Text with the embellishment tag will turn out like this.
Yeah, okay and underline?
Text with the underline tag
Text with the underline tag will turn out like this.
And if I want to strikeout my comment?
Text with the strikeout tag OR Text with the strike tag
Text with the strikeout tag will turn out like this.
Text with the strike tag will turn out like this.
Cool. How about if I wanna link text?
Text you want liked
Text you want linked will turn out like this.
