Righty-ho! Yesterday I visited my optician to get my eyes checked out and yes, I’ve ordered new specs ‘cause it’s the old ones that have been troubling my eyes recently. They should be ready in a week or so and I cannot wait to say goodbye to the squinteliciousness that comes with my current glasses :) I’m also getting a pair of clip-on sunglasses for free, which is probably because pretty much the whole family are frequent customers of this place. However, I like to think that it’s also a little bit because the first reaction of the SA after I asked her if it was possible to have my eyes checked was to roll her eyes and heave a sigh... She was much nicer after I made clear that I actually wanted to buy new glasses as well. Rather unusual way of dealing with customers *quirks eyebrow*

Moulin Rouge!
Despite the sudden rain, last night’s show went really well. We had to mop up some puddles near the red curtains (artist’s entrance) since the backstage tent didn’t really connect properly to the marquee but apart from that there were no major hitches. I think we also had our first good run of Like a Virgin :) Ah, and yes, I think for me the best moment during the show was when I noticed a group of people from Pinocchio in one of the boxes looking absolutely flabbergasted and amazed at the stage during the Hindi Show. Ever since the wrap-up of the Pinocchio production a small part of the Pinocchio cast and crew have been decidedly nasty and snobby towards Stage Affairs productions. I think after tonight I can say that these people have been well and truly PWND! Oh YESSS!! *punches air* Mwhahahahaaaaaa!
All in all it was a good day :)
