Argh, I'm writing an email to someone but I can't get the words right... It's a study thing. I have to ask someone to fill in a list of questions concerning a festival and it seems as though my head cannot come up with a polite way to ask them to fill it in yet at the same time urge them to send it back quickly at the same time. ARGH!

Also, it's freezing cold in the flat and apparently there's a problem with the district heating that our silly old flat is still on. In other words, it'll stay cold until someone applies a spanner to our heating unit (and apparently that's a specialist's job so we can't do it ourselves...)

ETA: Viz5 just called about the district heating. Apparently when the right taps are opened the thing should work. Only thing is... All the right taps are moving but nothing is happening to the radiators. *grumble* I'm sure this makes me sound terribly lame...
