Waiting definitely pays off...
Okay so I don't know how many people actually read livejournal anymore. I think it was taken over by facebook and myspace. I just wanted to post this somewhere. Saturday night my boyfriend officially became my fiance. He took me to La Scala because I said I had never been there before. Then we sat there and got drinks and things like that. I was enjoying the resturant and not paying any attention to the menu when Derick got too nervous and flipped the page for me. On the page in the menu he had put a note that said Will you marry me? When I turned back to look at him he was on one knee beside me with a beautiful ring(there is a picture of it on myspace) and asked me to be his wife. I of course said yes. He is just this amazing guy. I am so glad that I finally found the one that completes me. Its hard to describe but it is just a wonderful feeling. I knew I was going to marry him from day 1. Well I think I've been sappy enough for one day. Hope everyone has a great week.
