(no subject)
it's been a while
All State was awesome. TONS of work, but it was really fun. From the re-audition i got moved up 3 seats, so i got 2-1, and a solo, which was pretty sweet. Idn what was weirder though, having 8 tubas or having 7 french horns. Rehearsals were pretty long, but it was soooo nice to play with people who are sooo good and practice all the time and learn their music and such. Hopefully I'll make it again next year, cause i had a blast.
This past week was pretty good. Half day on thursday was awesome, went out to lunch, and then hung out with alex for a while. then on friday, the physics death-quest was cancelled, so that was really good. and we got to see dan do karate.
Yesterday, my family went to see family friends that we haven't seen in forever, and we brought alex too, so that was really fun. hopefully we'll get to see them more often now, cause they're pretty awesome people.
Alex is just generally awesome, so that's obv helping make everything good : )
Today's easter, we're going to my grandmother's house, so i can entertain all the cousins. We're doign an easter egg hunt too - never too old for that.
