Accessorize!
So I bought the first Phoenix Wright game today.
It is exciting.
Also, damn, I'm such an accessories whore--seriously, I buy some gadget, and then I spend the next several months buying accessories for the gadget. Using the gadget is great, of course (if it weren't, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place), but shopping for accessories is literally just as much fun.
Actually, I'm going to make a list right here.
Stuff I've collected for my iPod so far
-black earbuds (not really worth it)
-earbud cord keepers (worth it)
-radio tuner (worth it to have the remote, extra earbuds, and extra headphone jack, but they really need to start building these into the iPods)
-microphone (another thing they should start building in, but I love it)
-skin (love it)
-wall plug (v. useful)
-car adapter (v. v. useful)
-FM transmitter (useful for a car without a tape deck, I guess, but doesn't work nearly as well as a cassette adapter, which I already owned)
-clock radio/docking station (adore it)
Stuff I've collected for my Wii so far
-extra remote
-extra nunchuk
-two Classic controllers
-travel bag
-chill station (the name is kind of misleading--it's got a fan, but it also holds both remotes and both nunchuks and it lights up to match the disc slot. Very cute, very useful)
-the CD wallet I use for my games doesn't really count, since I already had it, but I thought I'd mention it anyway because it matches the system so well. It's asbestos, with a light blue pattern on white.

Anyway, one thing I've been seriously looking at for the DS is a skin. I've narrowed it down to these two:
This is the one I'm leaning towards.

I've been thinking about this one for the Wii. I particularly like the matching Classic Controller skin.
Anyway, yeah, so Phoenix Wright. I'm working on the second (first? Is the first case a real case or a tutorial? Or what? Whatever) case, and I'm already having fun with it. I FORESEE GREAT THINGS IN MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS GAME. I'm going to have to hurry up and finish this so that I can get the next one before the third comes out.
