Starting life anew - an intrduction to flutesong today.

This is an introduction to you about me. If you want to know where I come from and what makes me tick, here it is. Comments are welcome.
My name is flutesong. I obtained this name accidentally. I was a member of AOL and chose windsong. Due to many perfumes and commerciality of that name, that name was chosen many times over. So I decided on flutesong. I don't know why. But it stuck, many times over. Kira asked why flutesong. Well I had played flute when I was in band and decided to play it again.
I am 41 years old today (happy birthday). I am married to Kiralinn and I have a 11 year old son. We have a house in the mid suburbs with 1 hybrid car and a van cars on a 3/4 qtr acre I think.
We go to a Unitarian Universalist church and there we are open with our beliefs. It is ok to be pagan there.
I have been baptist, charismatic Lutheran, Charismatic episcopal, Moderate Episcopal. I am currently a Unitarian Universalist and volunteer my time and a youth adviser and religious education teacher for High School Students.
My beliefs are eclectic. I am practical. I see what works for me and that is what I use. My beliefs are a combination of Neo-pagan, Dragon magick, Tarot, Family traditions, Jungian, Bardism, and most recently I have accepted Shamanism. I have avoided Shamanism for too many years to count. I just kept finding my feet on that path. I gained many lessons of life from it's dreams and visions. I have accepted that my current life is to follow a the shaman's path and be a shaman of art and beauty.
I have worked for many years against this all the while trying not to walk that path but ending up doing so anyway.
I love music in all its forms. I love beading. I can play a flute, drum, tinwhistle and native american flute. I want to be a master of the flute first. I will continue to learn new drum rhythms and will continue to teach all that I learn.
I am working toward being a healing in mind, body and spirit. Whether that will come through sound, massage, drumming, or sacred sweats, I will use these tools to my benefit as well as the benefit of others. I hope that I will continue to be a community builder in healing, and music.
I have been doing massage since I was 16 ( non-professionally). I have learned that the body does have a language and I use intuition to help heal a person. I have received Reiki I attunements. I can massage muscles till they are just jelly. I have leaned a little acupressure along the way as well.
I am looking for part time work at this time. Temporary work is good as well. I will be working toward a neuromuscular massage degree full time starting March 6th but will be available for work night and weekends. After I finish massage school, I will work to pay off that loan. Then I will continue to learn chinese medicine and acupuncture.
I ask for your prayers, thoughts, and meditations to encourage me of my efforts. If you know of any sacred sweats or are planning on hosting one yourself, let me know. I'd like to help.
