(no subject)
wow so its been a while since i have updated! I have been super busy with babysitting a lot, work, and studying for college wow.
I had my first clinical monday, and it went very well. We fed the people over at AG Rhodes. I was kinda like a shadow for this CNA along with my partner who had other residents she was helping out. It was a lot of fun. This one lady i was assinged to feed by myself except for a few minutes i had my instructor with me to make sure I was doing the right thing and until i was comfortable
My resident was really funny, because she use to be a cheerleader in her younger years in school. She kept repeating this cheer over and over. I asked the instuctor what do u think my resident has. She said probably dymenia (sp) meaning she has repetitiveness, and is confused about things. The resident I was feeding everytime I would give her a bite to eat I was like here it comes some squash or w/e i was feeding her she goes where is it. she didn't know where i was it was kinda sad at the same time, but i was like i am right here look to your left and so then i put the fork to her mouth and she did fine.
Well work is going great, got a raise in fact so that is good. My last pay check suprise me when i saw that. The kids just love me to death, and when I wanna leave they don't want me to leave lol. I enjoy working once a week but in the evenings. Alyssa litter sister Summer even comes sometimes when i get to work in the am i get to see her. She's grown so much and looks just like her big sister Alyssa and she is a dancer.
Well this weekend was amazing. Friday night hung out with barbara, and her brother and his friends. WE went to CCC and had Maureen as our server. She is always so sweet just like her sister hehe. She was soo funny though. I have never seen her talk the way she did friday night. She was really funny. Anyways enough of that we really tipped her good. haha a lot of money considering we were her 3rd customer and probably her last that night. Well I was soo glad i got to have her as my server had not seen her since april in fact. Well then we went to pick up Barbara's friend jordan who spent the night with us at barb's house. then went to the waffle house, and then i babysat saturday night and hung out with her at her brother's friends apartment.
it was weird cuz we went outside and they were all smoking either cigarettes which i didn't mind, but i really smelt something funky it wasn't cigerettes. It was actually maryjane aka. marajuana lol. So then i smelt that i was like i can't breathe to stay out here so i had to leave and go inside. I stayed for probably about 30 minutes then left, and met barb for church sunday am! Which was fun!
