btw, who's Sephy's VA? He sounds kind of...flat. I mean, there's sounding emotionless and then there's sounding like this.

His VA is George Newbern, who usually voices Superman in the Justice League cartoons pretty well, in my opinion. idk what it is about Dissidia, but the FF7 crew's voice acting was disappointing. I liked Tifa well enough, but Cloud and Sephiroth made me want to hit my head on the desk. Especially Cloud.

I like Cloud. But when he talks. Just like this. I can't help but. Just feel. Incredibly aggravated. He even pauses. During three word sentences.

Squall's voice is really dry too, it bugs the crap out of me. Other than that, I think everyone else did all right. Cecil, Golbez, Garland, and Firion in particular.

I've been thinking of picking up Dissidia, myself, even though I've never been into fighting games.

Normally, bad voice acting doesn't even put me off at all, but...I guess it just surprised me. Maybe I've been spoiled XD

It's not too bad for a fighting game. If you can play El Shaddai, I think you can play Dissidia just fine. It doesn't require any complicated button-mashing or quarter circles or anything.

Oh! But, if you do pick it up, try to get Dissidia: Duodecim if you can. It has both the original game and an additional storyline.
