FFX HD Remake/Remaster (???)

It's true.Well, first off, I'm glad I enjoyed FFX. I'm a little surprised they're re-doing a game that already looked fine on the PS2 instead of something else, though. (They don't want to do a fully remade FFIV? Square-Enix has been infatuated with FFIV, giving it a bunch of re-releases...) Then again, not only is it FFX's anniversary, but I'm ( Read more... )

X IS MY FAVORITE YAY

... also, I bet they're remastering X because it's easier than fully remaking another one? That's my guess.

That's true, that'd be a lot easier. It probably had a lot of sales during its time and everything, too. At least it seems that way, judging by some of the reaction on JPN sites. |3;;

STILL, YAY! I'm glad it's coming out for both PS3 and Vita, because idk if I'm interested in a Vita yet.

Lol at your doubting little 'probably'

Haha yeah idk if I'll ever be interested in a Vita unless something exclusive that I really really neeeeeeed comes out on it, aka lol almost never.

I DON'T HAVE HARD NUMBERS TO BACK IT UP the 'probably' is my "I could be wrong" disclaimer.

I'm only eyeballing the Vita because it seems like that's the handheld that's gonna have a bunch of games on it, since the 3DS is kind of... eh. Also, Vita isn't region locked. Score.

I can't be arsed to look up anything about the Vita but I'm not going to even consider it until it proves that it's not going to be like the PSP. The stigma is still there for me...

I'm kinda enjoying the PSP, though.

Admittedly I got it kinda late (because the DS was infinitely better for the longest time) but I'm enjoying what I've got for it right now.

The problem with that one for me is that a lot of its games are ports. This is just me, but I have like two or three games for it that aren't ports. But like I said, just me.

No, that's kinda true. I know half the games I've been interested in for the PSP are basically ports from the PSX/PS2 that can't play on the PS3 or HDTVs due to synching problems.

...this was probably why I didn't get it for the longest time, actually. We only recently got a HDTV and suddenly my old games (particularly the rhythm-based ones) are unplayable. 8(
