(no subject)
I have been a fail poster for the last couple days because I was trying not to hack up a lung. I still sound like a frog, but I'm on the upswing! I feel much better today than I did Sunday.
Speaking of Sunday, I really enjoyed the Oscars this year! It could be that we had friends over who brought CHAMPAGNE and CAVIAR, but I thought it was fairly entertaining too. I loved the past winners for best actor/actress giving their individual speeches! I also loved Hugh Jackman and his musical soirees. And Heath's family almost made me cry. And I want Kate Winslet to be my best friend.
Yesterday, my car broke. :(
The thingy that holds and controls the belt fell apart or something. They fixed it today, but I'm out $400, UGGGHH. I'm glad it happened this week and not two and a half weeks from now in the middle of Caaaanada. And at least I got a free car wash out of it.
