xmas day and boxing day,
were perhaps two of the happiest days i had this year.
watching dvd and sipping hot chocolate tucked in bed,
waking up by the side of someone who ive been secretly in love with all these years,
theres no words to explain the bliss.
but this is nothing but purely a mature friendship.
seven years and its still goin strong,
thru the fights the heartbreaking moments,
we still survived, and im glad to end the year like this,
having supper last night till wee hours and bumming by the yishun dam,
hugged closely with each other.
and a promise we both made deep down within,
we will never fight and quarrel like a spoilt kid ever again,
cos this friendship is made for us to keep,
despite whatever may come our way, no one's gonna take it away.
so now ive locked up the feelings inside,
threw the key away and its never gonna be known.
