today is the second day of the counting of the escrow. (see f-locked post for day one)
the home inspection is scheduled for tuesday, and i should have the appraisal results by thursday. the lender is taking care of the appraisal - i don't have to do anything, except magically incur an expense that dictates how much property tax i'm going to have to pay. whee!!!
home owners' insurance is expensive. so is earthquake insurance. also really scary, because i don't ever want to have to *use* it...
