i was almost at the end of another incredibly long post, but i deleted it all...i will just go over a few quick details of the past few days...
i went on my first blind date with a guy named dave that works at the towson pep boys store...it was weird how it came about...while i was working on sunday he called just to get in contact with the parts department but i picked up the phone before it got back there to parts...he called again at closing time to see if would like to hang out sometime...we decided on tuesday after we both got off of work...
so tuesday night rolls around...i was looking forward to it at first, but when it came right down to that point where i knew he was going to show up any minute in front of my house, i got nervous...when i did meet him though, i was relieved...he was so adorable...pretty blue eyes...not everything my picky-self would hope for...but i decided to let that 'pickiness' go for the time being...
i noticed he loves to talk...but thats okay...i love to listen heh...he seemed to have some sense in him which is a plus lol...he dressed well...was very considerate...he told me it was something about my voice when i answered the phone that sunday that compelled him to ask me out, how sweet...oh and he didnt try anything...he was just a nice guy overall...so of course i didnt mind hanging out again...we went out to dinner wednesday...he def made me laugh, esp with his make-shift map made out of sweet'N low packets locating bars in fells point hehe...at the end of the night i gave him a hug...i hope that was alright...he called me tonight 'just to say hi', he guessed hehe...its so cute though bc he just sounds nervous at times...not sure when we will hang out next seeing that christmas is this weekend and all that junk...
i dunno...i know its still very early yet, but theres something about this guy that makes me want to actually try...and like, not pick him apart for stupid, insignificant things like i always have with any other guy ive met...i really have got to stop all that...oh *and* he said he was trying to go to Salisbury in the fall...if anything came of this, that might not be so bad even though im looking more towards UMES, but still...UMES is what like 20min away from Salisbury? i dunno...we'll see where this goes...
blah its late...and i gotta work tomorrow 9-6 boo...
