I'm right with you there on Buffy. It will always be my first real fandom too. I remember it being the first show that I had to watch every single episode when it aired - and having the episodes really men something to me as I was in highschool myself at the time. Season 3 will always be my favourite and that 'Class Protector' moment gets me everytime too. I actually watched that episode just the other day as I've been introducing my younger brother to the show (he would have been maybe 2 when it first aired) and that moment had me tearing up still. It's just so perfect. :)

Buffy was a brilliant show on so many levels, and fanfic/fandom was a revelation for me. I never really looked back :-)

To me, that's the whole raison d'etre of the show - how much insane, cracked out, ludicrous implausibility can you gather in one story before you accidentally create Douglas Adams's Improbability Drive? (OMG! That's obviously how they escape from the Space Prison in S5!)
*MASSIVE FLAIL*

I am suddenly imagining a conversation between Ford Prefect and Michael Scofield. OH MY GOD.

I also deeply love both BtVS & LoM. You have excellent taste, madam.

Ahahahahaha! OMG would that not be the greatest thing ever? ::gives serious thought to writing this::

Why thank you. ::bows::

I also loved 'Buck Rogers in the 25th Century' but I don't tend to talk about it *g*
