There's a lot of magical anomalies floating about here in case you haven't noticed. Like the castle in the sky~. I haven't noticed any power surges though.

Oh, naturally. But I don't believe the castle itself is caused by the sorts of things I'm looking for. [He grins.] There really are a lot of strange things here, though, which is why I might not be able to pinpoint very well.

Feathers, actually! Feathers of memory. They do not always appear as feathers immediately, however.
