Hmm, I had a rather odd experience the other evening. I know for certain that I started my patrol on time, but for some reason I suddenly found myself at the Memoria Apartments, quite ahead of schedule, with no recollection of how I ended up there. I investigated the area to see if there was any explanation as to what may have happened, but I found

You forgot an entire day. Waking til sleeping. But you were out and doing your job, talked to people, pissed me the hell off. You were still you. You just... forgot it all.

Think it was a music box you bought from the magic store around here. It did some strange things when you played it. It's been passed to a few other owners since then though. Don't know if it did things specifically to them either, but I'm sure it did.

A music box? I wonder if there is any possibility it could still have influence over me ... Still, the incidents are not quite on the same scale. I forgot only a portion of time the other evening.

Maybe, but it definitely isn't exactly the same. And it did other weird things, but it only ever made you forget that one day. After that and another thing, I was supposed to be there whenever you used the stupid thing, but who the hell knows if you actually listened to me.
