I havent been keeping up on my New Year's Resolution too well as of recently.
A lot of people's resolutions are like, not eating sweets, or going vegetarian, or doing something more often.
Things that don't really change your life drastically or the lives of the people around you. It's more of a "can I do it or not" thing.
I've had the same resolution for the past like 5 years atleast and will probably continue to have this resolution my whole life.
My resolution:
To be a better person.
Sure it sounds simple, but it is really difficult, and it makes a lasting impact on your life and the lives of people around you.
Lately I've noticed myself not being as forgiving as I should be,
I've been cursing a lot more lately,
I've been wanting to drink and smoke and do drugs, for no reason.
I've been a dick to some people, as you may or may not know.
I've become something I've always hated.
Sure there has been a series of unfortunate events that has lead to this and kinda knocked me off track in my goal to be a better person. And there are things that have happened that I can't just forget and move on with, but there are better ways for me to deal with them.
It's time for me to start being a better person again.
Happy, nice, optomistic, crazy, fun, exciting Mark is back.
