Ok... so here's a new post from me. I, as most of you know, am an avid reality television fan. So... I didn't think I would watch Idol this year until I saw a clip of Taylor Hicks and liked his sound so much that I watched.... then I fell in love with tomboy Ayla Brown, Mandisa and Elliot. 1. Bucky- I hate him. He looks like a child molester to me. boo.
2. Melissa- agree with the looks and nice voice thing. she's a tad scanky in my opinion.
3. Kevin- can't get past the baby look and lisp to even tell if he's good or not. hated the stary night song.
4. Lisa- agree. good, but not great. i like that she was in lion king on broadway as a child though!
5. Paris- has talent, but only made it because of her granny. agree with the fantasia thing
6. Elliot- great voice. i think something is wrong with him- besides being deaf in one ear. his ears sit very low on his head...
7. Ace- Ididn't like the falcetto (sp?) song, but i think he has a good voice. he's the hottest of the guys...
8. Katherine- love her. but not as much as Mandisa.
9. Kellie- hate the dumb blonde routine... or is it a routine. she can sing, but is so redneck/ dumb.
10. Chris- agree that he'll do well because he sounds so mainstream. i do like him though.
11 &12 I agree on Taylor and Mandisa. Taylor should win though- he has great stage presence and is having FUN!! Mandisa will fall into the Ruben category...great, fantastic voice, but too big to live that lifestyle.
