"Why are we doing this again?"
"Because Melissa Waters and Donata went to the movies three hours ago. They aren’t friends, so it was totally a date," Eric gave Danny a look and shook his head, his head getting caught in the leaves of the bush the two boys were hiding behind.
"You’re sick, dude," muttered Eric.
"Shh, here they come."
"Donata’s gonna kick your ass when she finds out you’re spying on her and Melissa."
"You’re here too, dumbass."
"...oh, yeah," Danny rolled his eyes and covered Eric’s mouth with his hand, peering through the bushes at Donata and Melissa.
"God, this is totally a date," muttered Danny under his breath. Eric looked at him funny and said something, but it was muffled by Danny’s hand. It pressed harder against Eric’s mouth and he made a noise in protest. "Shh!"
"Who’s there?" Danny’s eyes widened as Melissa and Donata looked over at the bush he and Eric were behind. Danny’s hand dropped off of Eric’s face as he stared in horror as Donata started walking towards them.
"Dude, run."
"It’s too late man," said Eric, holding up his hands and standing up slowly.
"It’s never too late!"
"Eric?" asked Donata, squinting in the darkness. Eric shrugged and kicked Danny in the side.
"Danny’s here too."
"Bitch!"
"Danny!?" asked Melissa Waters, walking up behind Donata. "Danny Messer?"
"Guilty," said Danny standing up with a sigh.
"What are you two doing?" asked Donata, folding her hands across her chest.
"Umm," began Eric hesitantly, looking over at Danny, who shook his head.
"Tell me NOW, Eric!" said Donata loudly, making Eric jump.
"Wewerefollowingyoubecausedannythinksyourelesbians."
"Duuuude."
"You what?"
"Danny think’s you’re lesbians."
Donata took a step forward, raised her hand like she3 was going to hit Danny but stopped and pulled back.
"Maybe we are."
"Donata!" cried Melissa, hitting Donata in the shoulder.
"Calm down, calm down. Here me out," said Donata, waving Melissa off and turning back to Danny and Eric. "What exactly were you hoping to see?"
Eric opened his mouth to say something along the lines of ‘gross you’re my sister’ but was cut off as Danny’s hand once again made contact with his face.
"What are you willing to show us?"
"Eww," muttered Melissa under her breath, while Eric’s face just contorted with disgust.
"I’ll make you a deal," said Donata. "Melissa and I will kiss-"
"We will?"
"-If you and Eric kiss."
"We will!" said Melissa brightly, putting on a smile. Danny’s hand dropped from Eric’s face for the second time as he stared opened mouthed at Donata.
"Are you serious?" asked Eric, looking at Danny and back to Donata. "I’m your brother, Dona, and you’ve known Danny since-"
"Deal."
"What!" asked Eric loudly, looking over at Danny.
"You go first," said Danny, folding his arms across his chest. Donata rolled her eyes and grabbed Melissa wrist, jerking her friend forward and kissing her.
Donata pulled away from her after a moment and gestured at Danny and Eric.
"Your turn."

Lena Cafisso looked up as her boy and Danny Messer walked into the kitchen. They were both very quiet as they walked in and didn’t acknowledge her immediatly.
"Hi, boys," said Lena carefully.
"Hey."
"What have you guys been up too?"
"Nothing," said Eric quietly, and walked out of the kitchen again. Lena shook her head as Danny followed him. When they were out of ear shot of Lena, Eric grabbed Danny’s arm ann leaned forward to whisper in his ear.
"Never, ever are we going to speak of this. Agreed?"
"Agreed."
