I began tweaking Mark's cheese And onion pie.
frying the onions in 2 lots of 2 onions and using Aldi tasty cheese. I also put sweet chill sauce on the pie base and left the tops open.
So not game to play with lard. They are now n the oven as i made 2 small rectangular pies as that's more single miss friendly.
What this space for taste updates. Sorry i did not get pics of yesterdays cupcakes. Purchased a new decorating kit and cake tester today at sue's so will be on face book. If you pm me i'll add you there.I am not the tech wiz of the family.

Edit: omg they smell yummy and can not be eaten for 30 mins..
After taste testing I can confirm its not a wow pie but it is a nice warm comforting one. So I will not regret eating it six more times:)
