Hey guys! yes i havent updated in forever (which seems to be the opening line of everyones updates!) and i am bored and i have an hour till i have to go back to work so i figured why not update :P well what has been happening in the world of sarah? well let me see working and working pretty much. asd it is the season to be jolly it is also the season to eat meaning work is rather busy! (the restaurant is fully booked out tonight! work is going good its just becoming a normal thing and when im at work its just like well 'normal' and its totally fine the hours i work and everything untill i have to miss out on things. and im starting to really miss hanging out with friends like we did at school but i suppose it will never be like that again and we will habe to grow up and become adults that ring their friends and ask if they want to have a coffee some time, of course booking in advance so they have a weeks notice to orgainise it around their busy working lives. and when they go out for coffee and order their non fat latte's because they are adults now and have to do the whole healthy thing they will talk about their work and families and of coourse how many calories they ate in the past week and if we are still really good friends might even talk about the love lives that you have to get when your adults and the names you have picked out for your kids. ok so maybe not to the extreme (promise me we will never ever get like that!!!!!) but it certainly wont be the same ever again. but that doesnt mean thatfriendships wont be as good and the time spent together wont be as fun!!! i say we are never too old to have movienights!!! we will be old grannies wrinkley and greycomming home from bungee jumping and sky diving to watch soppy movies and have sleepovers :P just think now that school is over a new 'adventure' begins. part of this adventure which im look ing forward to (when i turn 18 ofcourse) is dancing!!! i love it! i forgot how much i miss it. when i was at our work cruise (we went on a cruise on the tamar for our christmas dinner) towards the end of the night when it was dark we all went upstairs (it is a 2 story boat) and there was really awesome music to dance to so we all danced untill we reached launceston again. it was sooo fun. so we have to go out dancing ok guys! it should be good in a couple of months when everyone gets back from holidaying and stuff coz the restaurant will become more (whats the opposite to random?) well the hours will be more normal so ill be able to see pplz during my breaks n do some sunbaking and swimming n stuff. ok well maybe not as you will all have jobs and be busy working people but hey mondays i dedicate to friends so even if you guys finish work at like 5 or something im sure its still possible to catch up at some stage. so at the moment i am just waiting untill then coz at the moment it gets kinda depressing not being in contact with any one. sometimes i just get home and think of all of the fun that i could be having at beach mission and convention and sydney and the gold coast and it really sucks that i cant go!!! so i figured well if i save my money then when i get leave i can go and fly somewhere else but every one else has just spent all of their money so again im stuck flying somewhere on a holiday be my self :( how depressing. i just keep thinking 'is this it' like is this gonna be the rest of my life, working for money that means nothing? or a career that leads me to work my whole life? for money that gets me nowhere but to keep on living,so i can keep working for the money that keeps me living, that in turn keeps me working. it just goes on. but lets not think of that. oh i forgot i had an awesome birthday. i actually got the morning off which was like a last minute thing the night before. they just wouldnt have needed me and i would have done too much overtime if i did so they gave me it iff ( they didnt realise it was my bday lol so it was rather convinient) so i went to church and then went to club coffee and then helena rescued me and i went to her house ( my parents were away at st helens for the weekent staying in a shack so i would have been home alone) and its always good at the graafs house :P i then went to work as we had a wedding to do and i finished earlier than i usually would coz the wedding pplz were the only ones in the restaurant (we shut on sun nights) and i was going home quite satisfied that my seemingly bad birthday actually turned out to be good and as i walked through the door i was shocked to see the light on lol (my pears go to sleep early) so i was quite pleased that someone was actully up when i got home from once. so i walk through the door about to say 'wow your actually up when im home for once, amazing' (well something along those lines) and helena, bac and ceri are sitting in the lounge. massive shock of the centuary! i had no idea ( and its usually me the one that knows everything and plans surprise th ings for others so it was even bigger shock that i knew nothing) i thought something was going to happen the next day but i had no idea that they were going to be there. none! they tell me to put some things in a bag and then we drive down to the beach! dodging birds and animals along the way :P we go for this massive walk along the beach talking about nakee snakeys and something about nakee quakeys and nakee everything lol dont know how it started. oh yea i do something ceri said and then we were going to call her 'nakee snakey' lol. and we took all of these silly pictures with becs camera and group pop squated and i even slept talked for the 1st time (that ive been told) ever! well that was wat i was told im not sure. i had a really weird dream too about shopping and poeple wearing the same clothes or something dont really know how to exaplin it now. i told the other guys so they might be able to tell u. and then on the way home we got some frosty fruitsand juice and were on our way. so what i thought was going to be a bad birthday that turned to a good birthday turned into an awesome splendiferous birthday lol. you guys are awesome! and i now have to return to work so have a great new yr all!
