Trash Picking
I saw on the news that various body parts were found in bags strewn across I-80. Here is the question I have:
WHO OPENS RANDOM BAGS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD?
I am always hearing about stuff like this. If I notice a bag on the Blue Route (and that's a mighty big "if"), I am not going to stop, let alone open it to examine its contents.
Does anyone else open strange bags, boxes, etc. they find in the street?
