Wow, this is perfecttttt. The Rory POV feels so right and so smart and sweet and emotionally stupid, I love it.

(And it's not like there's a chance she'd ever bump into him or touch him on purpose. So, as long as she avoids accidents she'll be perfectly fine.)

DEAD. You captured them in this time so well, it's making me wanna go back and rewatch their arc all over again.

I LOVE EMOTIONALLY STUPID RORY. And she's ESPECIALLY emotionally stupid with Jess, so that's especially lovely.

S2 should be rewatched all the time. Those were great days, from their first meeting to that DARN GREAT kiss in the finale. And of course, then the relationship with the inevitable blow up which always makes me sort of sad. Guh.

So listen. I was just about to tackle some of the many answers I owe you, when I saw that you posted Rory/Jess fic! Obviously, I had to go read that first because of reasons.

And now I softly laughing to myself, because you just answered the first of your questions.
(I'll still expand a little on the why when I get back to life-related-word-vomit - because I'm obnoxiously obsessed with thorough explanations. This however is not the place to do this.)

A++ for that whole dialog because YES EXACTLY. So spot on. Her reactions and his insistance were absolutely fitting. And very much in character.

Loved this little piece. Very heart-felt and teen. And I loved their dynamic. Especially with Dean's shadow looming over them. Also, the way Jess is constantly pulling just a bit. Each time a little further. And the way she lets him. (Gah. My perfect babes ♥ we could have had it aaaaaall.)

It was all around lovely :)

I sort of think I understand what you mean about answering the question. BUT OF COURSE we'll discuss it in detail when you find time, because everything should be discussed in detail.

I HAVE SUCH A SOFT SPOT FOR TEEN LOVE and teen awkwardness, which we also already discussed :D Teen love is the awesome and it should be written about all the time and then some.

LOL indeed. SO CLOSE. Though I'm actually one of the people who do all around enjoy Rory/Logan and think that could have turned out great as well. But, Rory/Jess was SUCH A GREAT relationship, even before they started dating.

NOSTALGIA. It's been years since I watched Gilmore Girls, and this is stunning, and captures all this quite understanding beween them.

I had a grand rewatch this year, and watched from season 1 to season 6, and then sort of lost my enthusiasm. BUT SEASON 2 WAS GREAT.
