The three disparate countries / nations / races that were so far-flung from the White Tower at the beginning of the series (and indeed at the end of the series for one, lol) all brought together, and contributing to the tower. And the Tower letting them become something they couldn't be before, while still holding onto the past that made them them. The Atha'an Miere on land. The Aiel and Seachan as Aes Sedai in the first place. And especially this member of the Seachan who could only enter because of Egwene's bargain.
So when the Amyrlins of years and Ages to come remember Lumaise's sprays of Water, Megat's forces of Earth, Rekath's shades of Air, so too do they remember the Flame of Tar Valon
Ooh, I love this turn of phrase, too.
Also: Flame of Tar Valon, and the fire of Egwene al'Vere, who dreams still.
Still not over her fate. And this line just brought my feelings back again.
