I really only play two of these now, but:
The Powers and the Partners are effectively asexual. Riley's straight. Oz is mostly straight but will shag guys if it comes up because he's easy-going; sexual attraction and sexual practice are separate things for him. Charity is straight. Christine is a car. Martha is mostly straight but went through a bi-curious bit while at Uni and could probably still go for someone truly spectacular. Mickey is on the straight side of bisexual but kind of repressed about guys. The Master is both asexual and pansexual; sex is always a means, not an end. Jayne is rampantly straight and not even slightly in a compensating-for-something sort of way. Micah is straight. Blaise will shag anything if it's interesting enough. canon!Albus is gay. Dennis is bisexual but sex isn't really important to him (or, anyway, won't be when he's older; companion!verse Dennis isn't really anything). Narcissa is straight but she'd shag a woman if she thought she could use it to protect her family and/or further her interests. evil!demonic!Albus is asexual, although he presents as an evil!incestuous!bisexual because, um, he thinks it's funny? He's an evil body-hopping demon!
Mike's owl, Art, is straight, but effectively asexual. Noh-Varr is technically pansexual but also an alien from a culture where such labels have little meaning, sexually naive and easily lead. Neo is straight. The Science!Pope is straight. Garfield is on the straight side of bisexual but, hey, guys! (Also, depending on canon, I think he falls into bed with people more over a need for emotional connection than physical desire; sex is just a sort of extreme hug.) Nate is pansexual but has serious parent issues. Maddie is on the straight side of bisexual but, hey, girls! Threnody is straight; I don't think she'd be above opportunistic sex if it got her something, but she's nowhere near as mercenary about it as Narcissa would be. (There's no real canon evidence for this, but I've always felt Threnody had a very churchy upbringing before her mutant powers kicked in.) Mike is kind of pansexual, but, to be honest, he doesn't generally pay real attention to people who aren't Draco, so it's kind of hard to tell where on the spectrum he's going to fall on any particular day; he would insist, however, that being monogamous doesn't mean he's any less bisexual than he was before, thank you very much.
(Huh. I should play more women. Also, I think I forgot some people.)
And from this we learn, um, something that will be left as an exercise to the reader!
ETA: In retrospect, this is very much a "Okay, but *I* don't do that" response to something I haven't actually read, which just goes to show that being defensive is catching. Um. But mostly I just like cataloguing things. XD
