Happy new year!
This month is Yoga With Adriene's 30 days of yoga. It's been a great journey so far. The first couple of days it was a little hard to get settled in and live in the moment. As a few days have passed, it's been a little easier each time and really pretty enjoyable.
I did this challenge a couple years ago and was so proud of myself. Round 2, here we go. I am strong
