BASTARDS!!! or What the everlasting hell is wrong with you???
On the way back from the grocery store a few minutes ago, heard an interesting story on the radio...
County clerk in the area, a guy named Omar Guererro, is all around an asshole. A crackhead, caught with it numerous times, usually while stoned and driving, never came to work-his department was in shambles, beat his wife, and forced a 15 year old girl to have sex with him. Repeatedly.
Told her he'd have her and her family killed if she refused him.
So, today the verdict of his rape trial was revealed. Guess what the verdict was?
Not guilty.
The prosecution spent two weeks pulling witnesses who'd seen them together, her mother who'd recieved some of the threats, all sorts of people who knew it had happened.
The defence pulled one witness- a psychiatrist who testified that because the girl is bipolar, she might have made the whole thing up.
Bastard won the case- the first of the many that should have been lining up.
But, because the baddies won this case, the rest of them will probably never happen.
Where the fuck is the justice, people???
