bible study was fantastic tonight.
i am loving life.
focus on the people, and loving the people, and the rest will fall into place.
walking up hills at sunset, driving into the misty sunrises, cycling to church, energy energy energy, dancing makes me happy. going because I want to, not to keep fit. making sure there's always time for the people in my life.

no more 'too busy, I'm dancing'.
working in a happy place even if stress levels do go through the roof on a nearly daily basis - I can walk out the door at 4.30 and move on.
