Truely Amazing and frickin stupid! Stupid!
Only bad news had to come out of this day, I swear. Hmph.
So, I'm guessing Menards is never going to call. Oh well, what more can I say? I guess I could be all depressed about it and what not but I'm not going to do that.
Jesus is right. I love Chili's and the people there(well most, some I feel like slapping them arcoss their face but yeh, *cough....Kitty)and once you've been there for over a year your sucked in for life. Look at Amber why don't ya?...Four years. Nikki, just about 5 I think. But what now?! Uh? Jesus is leaving. Quiting. Geez, I'm sick of manager's leaving. Troy left, Kylie left. Hmph. No one really knows at Chili's yet. Just Deb, Mark, Mandy and I. I don't know when he's leaving all I know is that Terry interviewed someone today for an MIT postion. Which means in about 3 months Jesus will be gone. He's been with Chili's for 7 years. He started from a frickin' cook. I just want to go into tears. Jesus just said he needs a change and I guess I can understand. I told him I'd follow him where ever he goes. He just laughed and said he didn't know where he was going. And then also today, I find out Alvaro is going to be leaving for 4 months to go back to Mexico to visit his parents who he hasn't seen since he came to America almost 5 years ago. Things are changing drastically at Chili's and I hate it. It's not a family anymore. Its not like the beginning of summer where everyone got along and loved working there. Now look at it. The Gossip group bearly gets along(or whats left of the group). People constantly talking about each other. People are leaving left and right turning in two week notice and threating to quit every second. Hmph. I'm just ranting on. I know once Jesus leaves more people are going to leave. Jason doing the schedules are going to be a bitch. Even Mark is thinking about leaving. I know this is the slow season but yeh. It just isn't worth it anymore. In the next year, more resturants are coming into Ankeny, Chili's is just going to go downhill.
I just ranted on about Chili's for a long time, wow. I don't know what to do. Quit or stay?!
I'm stuck working too every nite now untill Sunday, and then after Sunday I work the next three days and then I have the 11th thru the 14th off. Woot, Woot! Troubled Hubble and El Oso like woah.
The whole election thing is so annoying and I'm glad it's over. I'm not too thrilled of the outcome. But oh well. Who would be. Frickin' Bush lovers. Grrr! "Do you Realize what he has done to this place, we call America!" ha! Mark was telling me about how one country was stating, that if Bush was re-elected that their will be blood shed and tears in the streets of America. Nice, uh? Lets see how bad America gets in the next four years. I hope Bush voters regret voting for Bush at the end of four years.
