The marathon weekend was a killer success.
I am having serious back home blues.
ALSO --- I'M ENGAGED!!!!!
Sweetest experience ever, didn't realize I would be this GEEKED! I want to tell everyone and I adore my shiny ring and my sweet FIANCE! HA! This is all so wild.
I ran the half marathon in 2:40, which I am cool with, I estimated 2:45, so I like my time. When I crossed the finish line you had to go through this weird maze of medals and water being handed to you and snacks. After that, there was Justin and his parents - he hugged me and said 'can I ask you a question..i was wondering if you would want to make this forever' than he got on his knee and asked properly. I was giggling nonstop. It was all just so much at once. I felt crazy. In the best way possible. And then we just laughed and were far too blissed out for the rest of the day. I told strangers and we pet a baby lion.
I called my parents and my mom cried a lot and my dad already knew b/c Justin asked his permission on Thanksgiving which really means a lot to me.
I have absolutely no concept of wedding details, just want to enjoy this part for as long as possible.
