(no subject)
Sleepy.
The alarm went off before 5.
I am house sitting and had to teach a class at 6am.
Wanted to feed the dogs and make sure I had enough time to drive there.
Now I am home for a few minutes to let Nico out, return to the house sitting dogs to give them a good walk and I have to go to a water aerobics class to learn the format...can I just say how much I do not feel like being in a bathing suit right now and acting perky? I hardly slept b/c wake up felt so close that sleep was tough to come by. After the water class I have to zoom over to another LA Fitness to teach my Tuesday class. It takes so much to do the class with them. I rather talk them through and give massages, then dream up the next few poses with my shirt flipping over my head and attempting to control my breathing as I sweat and everyone stares. Not the most fun ever. But, also, incredibly rewarding.
The lady I house sit for always puts the satin pillows on the bed.
