This Past Weekend
Yay for working! Ok, not really, but I'm hoping if I lie to myself work will get more fun. I've been up since 4am because of the whole flight thing, but at least I only missed an hour of work instead of the 2 hours I was planning on missing. It was fun to sit next to a crazy lady, ask me about her if you're bored.
It was nice being in Davis for a little while, though the heat totally killed me (and it wasn't even that hot!). Tahoe was nice and cool though, just like home. I went out on Friday with Stephanie for breakfast and gave her a my little pony wedding edition, gotta show love to the fiance! I'm glad she had a good birthday, even though I didn't get to go to the pirates party. I have decided though that I want to have a pirate birthday party, so everyone be ready for that (there will be lot's of rum and everything, don't worry).
Kevin's house was amazing, I'm so jealous! Board retreat was fun, I saw a lot of asses and as we all know team Va-Jay-Jay kicks major booty, especially when other teams cheat. I hope everyone had fun and they take something away from it. I'm glad I forced myself to go, it got me pumped to do more stuff, even if I have some obstacles standing before me *cough* stupid policies within the organization *cough* I'm glad that I was able to meet with all the officers and kinda go over the year with them. Their energy gives me my energy to keep working, so I'm thankful that everyone is so idea driven. This will be the best year ever!
That's about it. I'm at work now, with a sleep hang over and no energy drink. I really need to wake up cause I already fell asleep at my computer (for only 2 min, but still). Come chat with me on gmail!
