Was it fate that brought us here?...

Today I picked Amie up at the mall about two seconds after realizing I left my ticket at home, so I called Stephanie and asked her to meet me somewhere with it. That kind of delayed our leaving a bit...

We ate some Chinese food in Waynesburg then headed to East Carson Street where I spent money that I definitely shouldn't have. We went into a magic store. It was pretty cool. We found this amaaazing store where I bought a Joshua Tree-era U2 shirt, a Motley Crue button (it's actually of the picture in my layout), and a Cinderella patch. I bought two KISS postcards (yep I'm cool) from another store..

We made our way to Wexford and got out of my car in enough time to hear "Edinger" coming from inside... I was hoping that maybe it would be their first song, but no-- we wouldn't get that lucky, haha. So we walked in, talked to Haley for a second, and then got to watch Waking Ashland close out their set with "I am for you." What a bummer... especially after I talked to Jose and found out that he would've put me on the guest list for the show at HYAMP last week and I could've gone for free. Oh well... they'll be back in Pittsburgh in July with Spitalfield and Action Action.

Transition shows in Pittsburgh always have a lot less breathing room than I am comfortable with, so that part always sucks. They sounded great as usual though, despite the technical difficulties. I don't know where "Bad Lovers Make Better Liars" has been lately, but "Breathe" live is basically all I really need. They could just play that song ten times and I would feel like I got my $5 worth. haha

Amie and I took Kim home then went to a pizza place where this girl was a total bitch to us for no reason, so we left a mess on the table.

And it started raining pretty hard on the way home, but we made it home fine.

Now I'm sitting here in front of the computer typing to absolutely no one (cause honestly.. who reads this garbage?).

Soon I'll be asleep, though.

Oh yeah... tomorrow I am gonna try and hit up some yard sales to buy stuff for moving. Those start early, though.. I don't know. ahh
