Made in Adobe Photoshop CS5.

Step 01.
Open your picture.Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen - 100%.Unite layers (Ctrl+E).

Step 02.
Now, make a new adjustment layer. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves.
RGB: Input 109, Output 128
Red: Input 83, Output 137
Green: Input 85, Output 78

Step 03.
Create a new Selective Color Layer [layer > new adjustment layer > selective color] and use the following settings:
Reds:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: +50
Yellow: +100
Black: +50

Yellows:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: +50
Yellow: -100
Black: 0

Whites:
Cyan: +45
Magenta: -29
Yellow: -20
Black: +25

Neutrals:
Cyan: +20
Magenta: -5
Yellow: +10
Black: 0

Step 04.
Duplicate your background(Ctrl+J), drag it to the top and set it to Lighten 100% Opacity

Step 05.
Create a new layer, floodfill it with #130c39 and set it to Exclusion 100%

This tutorial is suitable for the autumn pictures.
If the picture comes out too bright,turn down the opacity of the curves.
