This morning I was given a packet of information concerning the victim, accomplices, friends/family, et cetera. I've reviewed it myself and came up with one or two ideas to which I'll share with you. Since Lilac and Mello are both Level 2, you get out two hours prior than I [and Q, I am assuming], so I suggest we meet up around 10 to 10:15. I don't wish to start this so late, as exhaustion might hinder our calculations, but let's take the first step here. Future decisions will be made between us all. [5+]
