Artie had been dreading this phone call, and there were a few reasons for that. But he knew that he needed to talk to Tina, and apologize for not informing her sooner of what was going on in his life. It was the least he could have done, but she had re-entered his life at such a bad moment and so when things got out of control, well, he let her fall to the side. She hadn't been a major part of his life in years, it seemed like the right thing to do. Avoidance was always Artie's thing.
He picked up the phone and dialed the phone number for Tina and waited for her to pick up.
