so how do i get myself to sleep more than 5-6 hours at a time?
i've gotten my body so used to going to sleep between 3 and 5 and waking up between 9 and 10.
now i'm sick.
so i feel like crap and fall asleep at 9:30.
good, right?
nope.
4 am.
can't sleep.
wide awake.
nothing to do.
nothing on tv.
not even bob ross.

this should shape up to be a pretty bad week.
