My knee and hip pain are almost entirely gone. Forever, I've had
much work mobility, stretching, etc. in my right leg. The more recent
exacerbating injuries I had were 'pulling' something in my knee climbing
and some hip flexor injury snowshoeing Mount Moosilake (Renesys Death March)
last year. But all better!
Diagnosis: Patellar Tendonosis
* Rubbing with foam block on the tendon
* Pulling on the femur to loosen up the hip
* some exercises for strengthening
Summary: seriously, if you have pain, it might be worth going to PT!
